During the session, partners aligned organizational frameworks and synchronized study schedules for both Ukrainian and German students.
The primary goal of the meeting was to establish clear, transparent, and supportive conditions for a high-quality, well-balanced academic semester.
📌 Key Outcomes of the Discussion:
1️⃣ Academic Schedule Synchronization

3️⃣ Double Degree Program Framework
Synchronized academic requirements and curricula for double-degree candidates, focusing on compliance with both institutions’ schedules.
4️⃣ Attendance & Performance Monitoring
Established a unified standard for tracking student engagement and monitoring academic progress during lectures and practical seminars.
5️⃣ Emergency & Force Majeure Protocols
Developed transparent guidelines for air raid alerts, power outages, and technical disruptions to facilitate uninterrupted asynchronous learning.
6️⃣ Competency Recognition & Credit Transfer
Aligned proctoring protocols, grade conversion methods, and credit transfer procedures.
(Core competencies and recognition guidelines are enshrined in §2 of the Study and Examination Regulations NEW document, while course descriptions can be found in the Digital Technology and Management program catalog).
