About the project

TANDEM-UA-DE (Teaching and Administration Network for Double Degree Education and Mobility – Ukraine and Germany) is a Ukrainian-German academic partnership that unites OTH Amberg-Weiden and six Ukrainian universities to establish a joint double bachelor’s degree program in Digital Technology and Management (DTM). The initiative also focuses on developing collaborative courses that connect students and faculty members from both countries, fostering intercultural exchange and innovation in digital education.
The project builds on the success of DILLUGIS, fostering new opportunities for international academic mobility, joint teaching, and the deeper integration of Ukrainian universities into the European Higher Education Area. It is implemented with the support of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) within the framework of the German-Ukrainian University Network program, funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
