Winter Semester 2026

Lecturers from Ukrainian universities are invited to participate in the international educational project TANDEM-UA-DE, implemented jointly with the German university OTH Amberg-Weiden (OTH AW).

The Winter Semester 2026 will involve the selection of specialized instructors to teach courses closely aligned with the Bachelor’s program in Digital Technology and Management (DTM) at OTH Amberg-Weiden, including:

Link to the lecturer’s personal page (e.g., university profile or professional webpage)

The volume of each course is 5 ECTS credits.

The number of classroom hours is 60

Assessment: in accordance with the OTH AW program
Language of instruction: English (for the German language course – German)

Modules are delivered in a co-teaching format: two lecturers from different partner universities jointly teach each course. The teaching load for each lecturer is 30 hours during the first, pilot year, and also in the second year as part of the parallel degree program.

Compensation is provided on an hourly basis: €30 per academic online hour in the first year, when the course is being developed and piloted, and €15 per hour in the following year, once the material has been prepared and is used in the parallel degree program. The reduced rate reflects the fact that the primary effort and compensation are associated with the development and piloting of the course material, which can subsequently be used by all partner universities. Conducting the final assessment is a mandatory part of teaching and is not compensated separately.

According to the terms of the project, all materials developed by teachers may be used by partner universities of the TANDEM-UA-DE project in future joint activities.
